JOB DESCRIPTION – CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXECUTIVE

Hudle is looking for a Customer Success Executive with a dynamic & entrepreneurial attitude,
willingness to learn, grow and take accountability of their work.

About Hudle: We are a sports technology startup focussed on creating a sports ecosystem by giving
a B2C solution platform for consumers to book sports venues & events and a B2B solution for our
partners to manage day to day venue/event booking operations with in depth analysis.

We are the fastest growing sports community with pioneers of Indian sport Ajinkya Rahane & Pullela
Gopichand backing us in this journey.

Role & Responsibilities:


• Respond to multiple inbound e-mails/calls; Handle customer complaints, provide
appropriate solutions and alternatives to them quickly; follow up to ensure resolution
• Handle subscription issues, trouble in services, product walk-through and advice the best
solution as per the customer's requirement.
• Taking customer feedback on a regular basis and reporting insights form the same on a
daily/weekly basis
• Provide the product team with insights and feedback on new feature adoption
• Cross functionally assist the teams with day-to-day operations

Qualification:
• Freshers can apply but experience in customer-facing roles is a bonus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in both English and
Hindi)
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & fitness is a bonus.
• Ready to work in a dynamic, fast paced start-up environment.

Expected CTC: 1.8 – 2.4 LPA
