INTRODUCTION:

In computer shops are increase day by day. There

is lot of work as to sell computer part, to store computer part,
maintain customer and his information, to maintain user account. But
work did manually, takes too much time and hard work. So need their
computer software that provide good interface to done these work
very efficiency.
Computer shop management system is a project in
keeping records whatever sales from sales. Maintaining warranty of
particular product with complete information related to that product.
Computer shop management system is billing
management, sell hardware components and accessories. There
making project use of C# programming language.

NEED & SCOPE:

Our project aims at business process automation , we have
tried to computerize various processes of computer shop
management system.
 In computer system the person has to fill the various
forms and number of copies of the forms can be
easily generated at a time.
 In computer system, it is not necessary to create the
manifest but we can directly print it, which saves our
time.
 To assist the staff in capturing the effort spent on
their respective working areas.
 It satisfy the user requirement.
 Be easy to understand by the user and operator.
 Have a good user interface.
 Be expandable.
 Delivered on schedule within the budget
PROPOSED SYSTEM:

 System needs store information about new entry of computer.

 System need to help the internal staff to keep information to of
customer & find them as per various queries.

 System need to maintain quantity record.

 System need to keep record of employee.

 System need to update & delete the record.

 System also needs a search area.

 It also needs a security system to prevent data.

 OBJECTIVES:
 To maintain the purchase and stock at shop.
 To provide facility to sale at shop and prepare customer bill.
 To keep manipulate hardware details.
 To aim is to automate its existing manual system by the help of
computerized equipment and full-fledged computer software.
 To utilize resource of efficient manner by increasing their
productivity.

Software Requirement:-
 Operating System Windows XP
 Front End - Visual Studio 2010
 Back End – Ms access
CONCLUSION:
Computers should be put to such use where
not only their capabilities are fully exploited, but what is more
important, serve the society by raising the standard of living
of people, thereby making better place to live and work it.
