Summary
Stadia is one of Google's cloud gaming service, launched in November 2019. Phil Harrison,
Stadia's vice president and GM, reported in a web post on Monday that Google will halt making
video games, less than two years after propelling its exceedingly publicized Stadia gaming
platform. The company is closing down Stadia Games and Entertainment , its internal game
development services. Google did not comment on how numerous workers will be affected by
the closure.

Reaction
Even though I don't play games on stadia it is still very upsetting to hear that Google will stop making
games on stadia. I'm also upset for the workers of the said gaming platform that will lose their jobs. It is
even harder to find jobs nowadays especially that we are still in a pandemic. I hope Stadia will find a way
to get back on track in the industry of video games and would not lose their interest to give
entertainment and give service to their gaming fans.
