A. The computer security weaknesses that cause disastrous data loss are:
1. The facility is made of a wooden-shingled exterior and exposed wooden beams
throughout the interior that are not fire-resistance. Woods can easily catch fires.
2. The location of the minicomputer is in a large open area with high ceilings and skylights
that means the facility does not have sprinklers and fire detection that usually we can
see on the roof.
3. The backup procedure is every Sunday night which is not up to the mark, especially if
they already have a mass number of clients. Backups must happen at least daily. It must
have two copies of it.
B.
1. They must develop a recovery plan approved by the senior management, data
processing management, end-user management, and internal audit.
2. The backup data must be another site that can be convenient if there is an emergency.
3. Every member of the disaster recovery team must have had their task and they must be
aware of it.

C.
1. The materials that are using in building their facility must be fire-resistant.
2. They must have business interruption insurance or disaster fund in case it happens
again.
3. The backup of the file must be in daily, and it must have two copies of it located off-site.
