Chapter 5.5.1 Stockpiling is authorized only on the owned lot

The Valley of Peace Park of Life Construction Phase Rules and Regulations (Chapter 5.5 Permits
and Clearances) specifically states that stockpiling is authorized only on owned lot. It has been
brought to our attention that you have violated the provision by stockpiling materials outside of
your own lot on the following dates:

As indicated in the Construction Guidelines, the violation/s will carry the following penalties:

1st Offense P1000.00/violation/day

2nd Offense P2000.00/confiscation of Foreman’s ID

3rd Offense P3000.00/Confiscation of ID/Ban from Entry

We are giving you one last chance to properly stockpile your building materials. Please note
though that we will be charging you the amount of <insert amount> as penalty to be deducted
from your construction bond.
