Introduction
Management is the significant portion in every associations. It’s an art, science and profession
where creative ideas are required, it must be universally applicable and requires possession of
formal education and skills. It’s set up with the purpose of achieving goals in an effective and
efficient manners through planning, organizing, controlling, staffing and coordinating. For
example, a business might plan to achieve in increase in sales by 30% by the year 2020. It
could organize by building up the dual structure, material, human and decide how to achieve
the objective. It will coordinate by targets and procedures. The purpose of controlling is to find
out the weakness and errors in order to improve them and prevent repetitions of errors.

Review of literature

The Role of Managers in Organizations: Psychological Aspects (Tovmasyan, 2017).This


article mentions that the psychological factors have great effect on management. It indicates if
people in the firm are extrovert or introvert and helps to improve decisional making process.
In my opinion, psychology helps managers to investigate how to make people work more
effectively by discovering their nature.

Social Media Can Play a Role in Business Process Management. (Pearson, 2017). This article
indicates that social media is a best tool for managers to communicate with other departments
to share research findings and ideas. From my view, social media benefits to increase self-
awareness about the brand around the world and it boost sales.

What Management Needs to Become in an Era of Ecosystems. (Straub, 2019). This article
concludes that managers have to become more innovative and must choose appropriate
management styles to achieve greater impact and success. I assume that manages who adjust
to fit in this ecosystem are better able to succeed.

Five Critical Roles in Project Management. (Staff, 2016). This article specifies the roles carried
out by project managers. The roles are planning, organizing, controlling, budgeting and
analysing. Managers must have a clear understanding of their roles to meet the project
objectives.

The Role of a Manager Has to Change in 5 Key Ways (Joseph Pistrui and Dimo Dimov, 2018).
This article tells manager have to change in five key ways. They are changing from exclusive
to inclusive, repetitive to innovate, problem solver to challenger, employer to entrepreneur and
directive to instructive. This change will help organizations to meet today’s challenges.
