StopElon is a BSC project born from built up frustration with Elon Musk's influence and consistent manipulation of the crypto space. Last week,
his series of tweets about Tesla discontinuing bitcoin purchases resulted in a massive Bitcoin crash. This crash shook the entire crypto space over
the following days and has resulted in massive losses for many investors both small and large.

Our high level goal is to achieve super majority voting rights with 2/3 of Tesla's shares and to fire Elon Musk (or at the very least, get him to delete
his twitter).

Crypto manipulation isn't the only issue we have with Elon Musk; his history of union busting tactics and unpaid overtime have caught negative
headlines in the past as well, and he has been forced to pay fines to the SEC for manipulating Tesla share price.

Additionally he refused to take the recent pandemic seriously; consistently downplaying it and potentially contributing to the outbreak of 130 cases
of covid 19 at his company.

Once we have acquired Tesla in a creeping take-over we believe we can help the company workers establish a union, re-open bitcoin purchases
for Tesla vehicles, and commit some of Tesla's resources towards expanding an effort to support clean energy Bitcoin mining!

Q2. What are your main features that distinguish you from other projects and what competitive advantages do you have?

StopElon isn't just a token, it is a movement.
We have already mentioned our goals with this token in the first question 1. It should be noted existing Tesla shareholders may be sympathetic to
this cause as many must be really tired with his Twitter behaviour.
Certainly the crypto space would be healthier for it. It is difficult to take our space seriously when we have a self-titled TechnoKing who can tank
the price of Bitcoin by 25% with a single word, and cause Dogecoin to become a top 5 cryptocurrency. In other words, we want cryptocurrency
to mature, especially given the technology behind it, it should be part of our future. We want to heal the market.

So, what sets us apart?
We are the first ‘protest token’ of its kind, and we absolutely plan on taking action.
On top of this, our tokenomics should offer substantial rewards to those with conviction to buy and hold to see this through. We reward holders
with 20% of the 10% tax on each transaction and we are deflationary and no new tokens will ever be minted (created), tokens can only be burned
(destroyed) over time.

Another advantage we have is our true sense of community and trust among the thousands of members in our Telegram. We value this highly
especially considering that there is a huge number of BSC projects that are complete scams. Trust always wins demand for a product.

coin on Google and go to the News tab, you’ll see that we’ve been reported several times a day the past few days. Smallcap BSC tokens’
popularity tend to be situated within small Reddit and Telegram communities, while the big tokens that regular crypto traders talk about like Bitcoin
and Ethereum get widespread coverage. If we can expand into the latter, we get higher demand. In just few days, the fact we already have a
massive leap ahead of all the other BSC tokens in this way, has driven up demand faster than we anticipated, thanks to the strategic planning of our
team but more importantly thanks to our awesome community!

If I have to give one, in the short term, we look forward to acquiring our first share of Tesla, and to do so using an escrow. The exact
contingencies and plan is still being discussed with the team, so we can't really say more for now .

achieving our goal it will be an exciting milestone!

Our team is extremely capable and adaptable. We have a strong mix of individuals from around the world; the core developers, the writers, the
graphic designers and the marketing team behind this token have all stepped up in this first week to create a record smashing launch.

This isn’t even to mention our wonderful community who contribute on a voluntary basis, from around the world providing 24 hour service to
anyone who needs help.

We definitely want to emphasize our community members' hard work in getting our message out. Their sincerity in helping each other out to get this
project to where it is today is an inspiration for the core team to continue to execute on the roadmap with conviction. We are just getting started!

- More than 1,500 followers on twitter
- ATH at 50M Marketcap, ~48M right now while i'm writing
- Covered by media in many countries (Press & TV!!!)
- Logo displayed on pancakeswap and trustwallet
- Token listed on Livecoinwatch.com, application sent for CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap
- Growing international community with Russia (500+ on TG), India (350+ on TG), Turkey (100+ on TG)

As for sneak peek of our plans for 2021:
We're currently in progress with a website revamp and whitepaper, official merchandise, organizing legal and custodial logistics of Tesla share
purchases. We understand that business only succeeds if we dare to be better and unique from the competition.
We also want to be listed on other exchanges besides PancakeSwap, and it will take a bit of time as we have to ensure that our tokenomics can
function under those exchanges.

Your project offers 10% tax on transactions, is it high? Why did your project choose a starting figure of 10%? In the future do you
intend to reduce that number to attract more investors?

10% tax on transactions may appear to be very high at a glance. However when you look at how the tax is utilized it makes a lot more sense! So
we will try to explain this!
The first thing a 10% tax does is make you think twice before selling! This alone should result in people who have bought in being a little more
hesitant to sell quickly or
day-trade. It also makes StopElon resistant to market manipulation as a short ladder is impossible.

Now to look at how this tax is used. Our desire is to have 4% of each transaction fund our liquidity pool (LP), and 6% of each transaction get split
among all existing holders (reflection). Having a strong LP is necessary to allow higher price stability. A well funded LP is vital to the health of any
defi project. It is what funds your ability to buy and sell.
The 6% reflection is how your wallet continues to gain more StopElon over time. This acts as a reward for holding, and helps you offset the 10%
tax on each transfer. If you buy, you can wait for the price to increase, or simply wait for enough transaction volume to pay you back the 10%
transaction fee.

Finally, we have over 48% of our tokens currently in our burn address (initial burn was 40%). This address acts as a black hole which tokens can
enter but not exit. The burn address will be included in the reflection, meaning it will be receiving a proportional amount of the reflection and
reducing the supply of StopElon over time. This should be similar to a share buyback with regards to its price impact over time.

It’s important to note that as we are in our first week, we are still working on having a very healthy LP, and for this reason have temporarily set our
tokenomics to 8% LP and 2% reflection. Ideally, we want/need our LP to exceed 10% of the market cap to be in a solid place to switch to our
target tokenomics. Burns are currently manual in this early phase as our burn wallet is not included in the reflection (making the holder reward an
effective ~4% and not 2%).
For now, we do not plan on removing this tax in the future, it is a key part of what we believe will help our project grow.

This is a fantastic question! “When exchange” is one of the most common questions we receive, and one which we are equally excited about!
We know a lot of people are unfamiliar with Pancake Swap and it is a barrier to entry, so we are motivated to improve the onboarding experience
by gaining access to larger exchanges quickly.
We are already in active discussions with some small and medium exchanges. One of our primary concerns is the support of tokenomics. We want
to be certain every exchange we work with can accommodate the reward structure and burn properly so that our token is deflationary and
rewards on every purchase.

It is vital that we work quickly, but even more vital that we do not compromise our tokenomics as it would undermine the StopElon ecosystem and
introduce irregularities which we would prefer to avoid.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a concrete date at this time, except to say that we are making very good progress and are actively pursuing this!

Do btc crash affected your project?

Hmm... the project started exactly because BTC crashed, and it has held up incredibly well compared to the rest of the crypto markets.
However a weak Bitcoin certainly has an impact. A weak Bitcoin has contributed to other crypto assets crashing, including BNB, and actually hurt
our market cap as well since our liquidity is paired with BNB!

I think, we can proudly say that we "tank" the market crash well compared to other crypto assets.
The number of holders has rapidly grown as well, meaning that more and more people are joining our cause!

we have been overwhelmed by the positive global response and we are here to meet this moment.

companies on the planet. This should allow us to enact many positive changes, and once we achieve our goals there, we will have changed the

1) Razor2vnz asks: The decentralization of the currencies came shining bright, I no longer fear that my money will be manipulated by the bankers,
but... we have another problem, now the big fish manipulate us making the markets shake with their power, in what way StopElon defend against
these phenomena?

A: Our token has a high tax rate which should reduce the incentive to “short” or day-trade StopElon itself. This should help reduce the amount of
manipulation with regards to our project.
With regards to the greater crypto space, our ambition of taking a super majority of Tesla and making a genuine social movement to do so should
act as a general deterrent for other large players in the space.
We remain open to investigating future targets and goals, but would like to achieve our initial goals first!

Exactly, we started as a meme token with “F*ckElon ($F*ckElon)”. But after a mistake found in our contract we decided to migrate to FuckElon
V2. But we also realized that our name is also a barrier and won't be able to carry the message we want to convey.
That’s the one of the reasons why we decided to rebrand ourselves “StopElon”. Beside the fact that a lot of “F*ckElon” have been created around
the same time. “StopElon” allowed us to reach a wider audience and advertise without the F- word.
As for the logo, we are currently working on a new one, but our current logo is widespread all over the media and to avoid any confusion, we have
decided to keep it for now.

We understand the defi landscape can be extremely difficult to navigate. In fact, our project started out as “F*ckElon” and while we are a
legitimate project with honest developers, many other projects with a similar name popped up nearly immediately. Most of those projects resulted
in what appears to be a pump and dump from their own creators.
This is something that I believe has already set StopElon apart, as we re-launched the token successfully and re-injected $45,000 of liquidity upon
discovering (and fixing) a bug with our initial contract. 900 holders at the time were correctly migrated to the new contract because our developer
did the right thing and continues to do the right thing.
Trust is built up over time with our actions. We hope that by executing our roadmap, each step will continue to build long term trust!

reduced. Deflationary tokens are usually healthy for project.
