First of all, please introduce yourself with us. How and when you have started?
How did you get involved in the crypto? What’s your role in $StopElon?

Hello, I’m Daniel, one of the founders of StopElon. I am a project
manager in IT/IS projects with many years of experience.
I discovered cryptocurrency during the 2017 bullrun and ever since, I’ve been very
interested in blockchain technologies and in the history of money and currency.
I have personally invested in many projects in the last few years and we have decided to create FuckElon
(then StopElon) after seeing our portfolio “crashed” because of a single tweet. So it all started 2 weeks ago!

Hello! I’m Devacor and I’m one of the early investors in StopElon who has become an activist and
enthusiast with the token. I have a technical background as a software engineer in the games industry.
My involvement with crypto dates back to 2017 when I first bought Bitcoin after years of watching it when
it fell from its prior all time high to $11,000. I held on and have kept an eye on the space ever since!
My role in StopElon is to assist with communications, community

management, and logistics of setting up the Voting Trust.

2: Please tell us about your project “$StopElon”. I know the good reason behind this.
I would to know how our project will be effective to stop his Stupidity?

StopElon is a project born from an initial seed of discontent with Elon Musk’s regular manipulation
of the crypto space. Pumping Doge while buying Bitcoin, pumping bitcoin, then selling
10% of Tesla’s holdings. Finally, calling Doge a “hustle” and then spreading misinformation
about bitcoin vs doge mining and walking back bitcoin payments for vehicles.

Doge is built off the same algorithm as bitcoin with the same scaling issues (and solutions)
that Bitcoin has. Elon could have chosen proof of stake coin to promote as an alternative if his
environmental concerns were a genuine factor, but instead continues to pump Doge to this day.

This is what we want to help put a stop to, but it is not the end of the story. Elon Musk also
has a history of union busting behavior which he was forced to delete a tweet from 2018 over.
We want to stop Elon’s anti-unionization of Tesla. The massive environmental toll of lithium
mining is also a genuine environmental crisis. We want Tesla to heavily invest in finding
green solutions to this problem as well, it is a problem worth attempting to solve.

How do we achieve this? Our goal is to own a ⅔ voting supermajority in Tesla and fire Elon Musk.
We can do this by establishing “StopElon Voting Trust” which will effectively allow our developers
to acquire shares under this trust with the marketing wallet. Additionally, Tesla shareholders who
agree with our message can pledge their shares to the trust. We hope to reward individuals who
are a part of the trust with StopElon, and will be working out logistics once it is in place.

Once we achieve ⅔ supermajority we will use our voting power to support workers
rights and allow for unionization which has been blocked for years. Our ability to control
Tesla would also allow us to re-enable bitcoin purchases for vehicles and commit
company resources to improving green energy solutions for bitcoin mining.

Our largest strength is that we are not just another meme token. There is genuine effort and
purpose behind our movement. As ambitious as our goal is, it is possible to achieve!

3: $StoElon is a deflatory token. Can you please share tokenomics of $StopElon with its distribution?

StopElon has had 40% of its total token supply burned upon launch. Additionally since launch we have
had over 8% more burned from the supply in manual burns. No new tokens can be minted (or created).

Our 10% tax on every transaction is currently set up to redistribute
2% to holders and 8% to Pancakeswap liquidity pool.
This current setting is necessary to grow our LP to Market Cap ratio to

support a resilient price floor in the initial few weeks.

Once we have achieved a solid LP to MC ratio (our target is 10%), we will redistribute 6% to holders and 4%
to LP. We will enable “automatic burning” by including the burn wallet in the redistribution at this point.

It’s important to note that in order to make sure our holders are not penalized by this initial
taxation while growing our LP, we decided to exclude the burn wallet (48%), the marketing
wallet (5%) and the dev wallet (5%) from the reward. Thus, the 2% are split to only 40%
of the total supply, making an effective ~5% reward to holders (instead of 6%).
We are trying to keep a healthy LP while rewarding our holders!

4:Big Whales are very dangerous in any Market. I hate when they manipulate Market for
their own benefits. I want to know about Anti Whale system in $StopElon?

We have two different elements at play which reduce whale impact. The first is our 10% tax which
ensures whales who dump their position will have a much harder time re-entering profitably.
Whales who pay attention to this tax realize that while you can sell, it’s much harder to profit off of
this kind of activity to dump the market and buy back in cheaper. This encourages people to simply
hold until they genuinely want to sell instead of trying to play and manipulate the market.
Normally in a market whales can dump their position all at once causing a market shock and
re-establish their position, but our tokenomics make this much harder to succeed in.

The other element we have which is anti-whale is that our maximum transaction size is 1,000,000,000.
Today, this seems like a large limitation because our market cap grew very fast, however the
system was quite effective at the beginning as it discouraged whales from buying a lot (or it
would require multiple transactions) and it created a more healthy wallet distribution.

If we exclude the burn/dead wallet, marketing, and dev wallet the Top100 wallets
hold 34% of the supply with only 10 addresses owning above 1%.
This number seems high at first but remember we are in the early stage of the
project (only 12 days). Most likely, like in any project, early whales are going to slowly
exit their position and spread the token supply among smaller holders.
To this day, the limit still ensures that no one can achieve a single transaction dump. Despite
this, it is largely our 10% tax which offers real mitigation from “whale games”.

5: People always doubt about security of high supply tokens. Can you please
tell your investors that how safe they are with $StopElon?

That’s an important topic!
First, the project has been professionally audited by techrate.org with a really good score. We
have no known security vulnerabilities. The full audit can be found on their website.

Additionally, StopElon has locked LP which makes it safe to invest in without fear of a rug pull.
In this early phase of the project, LPs are locked for a short duration (generally 30 to 45 days) to
allow us, if necessary, to utilize some of the LP to seed liquidity on an exchange listing.
The locked LP is done in multiple overlapping transactions (locks) to

avoid the entire LP becoming unlocked at the same time.
The LP lock duration will be extended whenever needed, and the lock will
be set for a longer duration when the project has matured.
Any possible use of the LP to fund an exchange listing would not be done without community consent.

Our token does have 5% in a dev wallet for development costs, and 5% for
marketing costs, so this is something that is important to be aware of!
We are transparent and those wallets address can be found on our official website and telegram.
You will notice if you look at these wallets that we have not been doing excessive selling or
abusing the privilege of these larger wallets. This is purely to enable us to scale in the long term
and achieve our goal of ⅔ Tesla share ownership and to fund our marketing efforts.

Finally, contract ownership has not been renounced but this has been
transparently addressed many times with the community.
We require contract ownership to support exchange listings, to allow further development

of Tesla share “staking”, and of course to adjust our tokenomics to our desired 6% reflection
and 4% LP when liquidity to market cap ratio has achieved a good level.
We will never make any changes without clear communication ahead of time, and any
modifications to the contract should only strengthen the value for our holders.

6: What are your aims in next 2 years. Where $StopElon will be after 2 or 5 years?

This is a great question! So many projects focus on the next week or
month, but it’s really telling that we have a multi-year view!

As a movement we have ambitious goals. As a token we also want to execute on our fundamental
value-adding milestones such as exchange listings and continued marketing and support.
So many of the building blocks for our success will be established and built out in the first few
weeks and months. CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko listings are already submitted, we are in active
discussions with several exchanges and are planning on being launched on our first exchange soon!

We are working on an NFT program to reward holders of StopElon as well, which we are very excited about.
Right now we are at the very beginning of our journey and are already making concrete steps towards
our mission in establishing a Voting Trust. In the next 2 years, I believe we will be well positioned to
be a credible force in the world. This will put Elon Musk’s position as CEO of Tesla in question.

ambitious milestones to improve workers rights, improve green energy crypto mining through control
of Tesla, and potentially we set our eyes on SpaceX so that we can literally send our token to Pluto!

decentralized finance, so you can pick it up anywhere, but some regions may have a

In the short term, our most ambitious goal is to purchase our first Tesla Share!
In the long term, we would like to set-up a stock-pegged staking platform to let people
stake Tesla Shares to earn $StopElon. This process takes time as we still need to figure
out the legal aspects and possibilities before starting the technical development.

on the market without marketing & promotion, whatever it is good. So what are your
plans for this? How will you build strong relationships with communities?

Marketing is important, and we are both proud and also lucky that our movement has been sensational
enough to capture headlines around the world. Global news media coverage for a brand new token is
unheard of. In a recent poll we held in our community 45% of our members discovered us from media/
news/tv! We plan to continue working with outlets to cover our progress as we achieve new milestones.
We also started to work with influencers to create content and spread our message.
Even more importantly we are looking for and establishing long term partnerships with
individuals who share our ideals and who are willing to join the movement.

The official language is English but we try to expand to other languages with
community driven groups. Our awesome community is always here to help people
who cannot speak or understand English or don’t know about blockchains.

We have very active groups such as:
- Russia and post soviet states with more than 1000 members
- Turkey and India with more than 500 members
- We also have a lot of growing communities such as czech/slovak, chinese, german, italian, dutch, korean,
arabic, portuguese, french, spanish, iranian… where most official announcements are shared and translated!

I have a simple question. Your project is to stop Elon Stupidity. Will it be end if he take exit from Crypto?

Elon Musk is a business and tech guy and blockchains represent the future of our modernizing
financial system. We expect he will continue to play a role in the space simply because we
believe everyone will be participating in crypto in the future. Our hope is primarily to reduce
his influence and manipulation by combating and highlighting his toxic actions.

manipulation will stop. We are a bigger movement than just “stopping Elon”, we aim to stop
crypto market manipulation, Elon Musk is just one of them (and one of the biggest).

Hedge funds and money managers have entered Bitcoin and as we’ve all seen with
GME and AMC good work can be done to combat these bad actors as well.

- We would be biased since it’s our project and we have invested money
- The market is very volatile and everything (bad and good) can happen anytime.
But we are going to try to give an honest answer :)

We gained a lot of traction thanks to media coverage and hit an ATH of 100M market
cap and are now in a steady 10M+ market cap. (even above 20M right now)
With our next features coming soon and hopefully exchange listing, we hope to stay above 100M in the future.

A softcap, we all expect is of course, the 1B market cap or even 4B market cap which would
achieve SafeMoon levels! We believe our token with its cause can provide even more value.
1B is roughly x50 from our current price.
But, with this market cap we won’t be able to scratch Elon or Tesla at all!

There is no hardcap for a project like StopElon.
All we can say is that Tesla’s market cap is currently sitting above 600B, and
we are planning to achieve supermajority here to fire Elon Musk.
We don’t necessarily need to buy ⅔ of the shares since we are thinking

of many mechanism to acquire voting power.
If I really have to give a number, it’d be 100B market cap!
