1. Size of the team you recommend, how will you maintain independence of auditors,
and what timeline would you suggest.
- As we see there are 100 employees in the manufacturing department. So my size
of team will be 6.
- So, there will be 6 auditors. One will be their manager who will go for higher
level employees and other 5 will audit lower-level employees.
- We can have timeline of one week. 5 auditors will cover 80 lower-level employee
and one manager will audit 20 higher level employees.

4. Make reasonable assumptions and make recommendations, considering the challenges the
company is facing.

Assumptions- As their operations are not fully automated, they face issue in performance
management, hiring and training. Hiring and training and performance management take a lot
of their time and employees too. So, because of which they required more workforce.

Recommendations- They need fully automated system. Performance management system can
be fully automated. In hiring they can have assessments automated. Training can be done
with offline and online mode.
5. For one of the functions (recruitment or training and development or performance
management), please detail out metrics needed to be measured for effective management of
the function. Please include both efficiency and effectiveness (minimum 3) measures.

6. For one of the functions, you are to recommend what parameters should be measured on
monthly basis. Also for the same function and same parameters, list out the internal and
external data to be captured.
