How does attitude influence job satisfaction and vice versa?

- Job satisfaction may influence the attitude of an individual may it be in a positive or
negative way. Positive if an individual enjoy his/her work, feel confident in their abilities to succeed in the tasks assigned, and appreciate the role they are assigned. However, it may become negative if the individual shows bad attitude towards work or role assigned. It may also affect their attitude toward other individuals in the organization or with the organization. - Organizations with more satisfied employees tended to be more effective than organizations with dissatisfied employees. - To cite an example: I am working in the institution (School) for 8 years and still with the institution. I might say that I am satisfied with the work I have right now so that I am still with the institution. As a satisfied employee or member of the institution, I am showing enjoyment of the work I have, I have the abilities to succeed in all the tasks assigned to me. On the contrary. Some individual in the institution where I am currently working only have few years of staying because of dissatisfaction.
