Status report by way of an affidavit of Sh. Sanjay Kumar, IPS,

Commissioner of Police, Faridabad has been filed today in Court. The same

is taken on record. Copy thereof be supplied to counsel opposite.

Since the affidavit is not satisfactory as the matter pertain to the

death of six month old girl on 18.01.2018 and investigation is still pending.

Let Investigating Officer of the case be present in the Court

tomorrow i.e. 20.12.2018 and in case of non-compliance this Court may be

constrained to summoned the Commissioner of Police, Faridabad.
