In pursuance of previous order dated 19.12.2018, I.O./ASI

Kailash, P.S. Suraj Kund, District Faridabad is present in the Court and stated

that he has been deputed in this case only w.e.f. 27.11.2018. Also apprised

this Court that as per the opinion of the Medical Board, the cause of death in

this case was opined to be head injury. He assures this Court that needful shall

be done within three weeks from today positively.

Adjourned to 31.01.2019 for further consideration.

Personal appearance of the I.O. shall remain exempted till further

orders.
