 It is the responsibility of the head of office, in our case it’s the Regional Director
has the capacity to designate an honest and effective procurement manager.
The main job of the procurement manager is to ensure that the budget which
is government money should be spend efficiently and wisely. Ensuring a
positive and effective procurement strategy to attain the highest quality
product. Another suggestion is that there must be a transparency when
purchasing such materials or item to eliminate corruption, if possible post in
the bulletin the disclosure report.
