General principle of safety


Refrigerated dryer is a device with a pressure vessel, so the work

pressure must not exceed the maximum working pressure shown on the

nameplate.

Refrigerated dryer is electric drive operation, please install according to

the state power standard.

Any electrical equipment maintenance and repair, be sure to turn off the

power.

Attention before using

Refrigerated dryer is a high precision equipment. Inside the equipment

cooling system components, piping and close control system of electronic

components shall not be subjected to greater impact and vibration. Road

long-distance transportation vehicle speed shall not be too high, when the

road bad situation it must run slow down, so as to avoid unnecessary

losses.

The equipment in the loading and unloading, removal and installation,

regardless of packing or devanning, requires the use of forklift truck from

the body or the bottom side of the device stress handling, avoid by all

means in the compressed air inlet, outlet pipe mechanical handling

equipment.

The refrigerated dryer inlet and wall should be keep 1.5m away, inlet and

outlet of two sets of equipment can’t be faced, and the environmental

temperature is not higher than 38 ℃.

Water-cooled freeze dryer boot should be first after water, electricity.

The cooling water temperature can’t be higher than 32 ℃, flow rate of

1. Overview

The principle and Technological process

1.1 Working principle

Compressed air refrigeration dryer is based on the principle of air drying,

the compressed air is cooled to a dew point temperature of refrigeration

equipment, precipitation corresponding the water, and the gas-liquid

separation through the separator, then automatic drain valve of the water

discharge. In order to achieve the purpose of cooling dehumidification. At

the same time, the compressed air in 3 and above solid dust and micro

amount of oil components are filtered, so that air quality to achieve clean,

dry requirements.

1.2 Technological process

Cold and dry machine work is divided into air system and refrigeration

system in two parts:

Air system: contain water, oil of compressed air into the air to air heat

exchanger, the compressed air precooling, reduce the temperature of the

compressed air, removing a part of the water, and then into the gas

refrigerant heat exchanger, so that the compressed air cooling to

(2-10) ℃ dew point temperature. Water, oil and impurities were

temperature, liquid refrigerant condenser out through the liquid storage

device and a drying filter into the expansion valve. Liquid refrigerant

through the expansion valve throttling back into the gas refrigerant heat

exchanger, and compressed air cooling in the exchanger, and thus began

a new round of cycle.

When the load increases, the refrigerant gas outlet for refrigerant heat

exchanger of the superheat increases, the temperature expansion valve

opening control, until it reaches a new equilibrium.

When the load is too small, the refrigerant gas outlet for refrigerant heat

exchanger at the superheat decreases, the temperature sensing packet

control expansion valve spool off small, until a new equilibrium. When the

suction pressure of the compressor low to the set value, the bypass valve

2. Installation guide

2.1 Freeze dryer must be installed in the environment

temperature is higher than 0 ℃ below 38 ℃ place,

otherwise it will cause the dryer is not stable. If the frozen part

is air-cooled refrigeration dryer must be placed in the interior,

and has good ventilation to maintain the environment and

temperature conditions.

2.2 Freeze dryer in a well-ventilated place, to keep at least 1

metres of space around the refrigeration drier, while

refrigeration drier upper will keep at least 1 meters above the

space for repair.

2.3 The level should be installed on flat cement ground freezing

type compressed air dryer.

2.4. Automatic drainage outlet should drain to drainage, to

prevent pollution of the production site, the drain height should be

lower than the automatic drainage outlet.

Warning: Poor ventilation cooling air flow will lead to repeated in

condenser causing the environmental temperature rising, this will

make the refrigeration compressor discharge pressure is too high or

overload protection, the final freezing dryer stops running!

2.5 Connect the output port and refrigeration dryer inlet filter tank,

the compressed air refrigeration dryer outlet pipeline and connect,

recommend the use of a three valve bypass line to repair the

compressor system. See recommendation system installation

diagram. For oily air compressor system, recommended install a

pre-filter.

2.6 Distribution requirements and methods

2.6.1 A separate set of a power switch; voltage should be

nameplate calibration configuration values, phase number.

2.6.2 Not with other devices share a protection device, voltage

fluctuation range shall not exceed 10% of rated voltage.

2.6.3 The cable, should not be too small or too long, so as not to

cause a voltage drop;

2.6.4 Freeze drying casing should be reliable grounding,

grounding wire of the bolt with a grounding mark.

2.6.5 Freeze dryer control power source is 220V/50Hz.

2.6.6 Electricity, the power line into the electrical box. Judging

electric power line and the ground wire, power line is

connected to the terminal corresponding, and the grounding

wire of the terminal with a grounding mark.

2.6.7 Electrical wiring may loose due to transport processes,

using a screwdriver.

Warning: connecting the dryer wires must comply with the

regulations and requirements of the national and the local voltage,

marked with a check dryer on the nameplate, must be operated by

professional electricians completed the connection wire.

If the filter cleaning, please close the valve, and the drainage pipe

completely Buck (indicating valve to purchase).

2.8 Freeze dryer is water cooled, not city water access cooling

water system, the industrial circulating water or neutral water is

connected to a water condenser, cooling water pressure 0.2Mpa

~ 0.4 Mpa, recommended to install water filters in the cooling

water inlet of the condenser.

Note: do not change the cooling water and the drain pipe of small

random size, and the drier the corresponding interface diameter the

same or greater than their diameter, so as to avoid cooling water

pressure loss is too large!

2.9 Save: if stored before installation for a period of time, please

obey the following simple procedure

2.9.1 Sealing or package all the parts

3. Start and run

3.1、Test before starting

3.1.1 Check the power supply voltage is normal; AC1 ¢ 220 (1

± 10%) V or AC3 ¢ 380 (1 ± 10%) V.

3.1.2 Check the air piping is normal, the air inlet pressure shall

not exceed the rated pressure, intake air temperature does

not exceed the values determined selection.

3.1.3 You must purge on the compressed air pipeline system

before the start, so as to avoid the debris into the dryer and

filter effect.

Note: before the equipment we have set all of the original

equipment, does not need to be adjusted at customer site. If

there is any damage, please contact us.

3.2、Operation process:

3.2.1 Close air switch, switch on the power, the power supply

panel indicator light (red) light.

3.2.2 Manual start dryer: switch located in the file manually, press

the start button, dryer automatic startup, operation indicator

light (green) light, show that the dryer has started running.

Note: if the equipment shutdown and then boot, interval time

shall not be less than 3min

3.2.3 Observation (5 - 10) after min, the dryer the air after

processed can meet the use requirements, and when the

refrigerant pressure gauge (0.35 ~ 0.45) in the MPa range,

refrigerant pressure gauge indication (1.4 ~ 1.6) in the

range of MPa.

3.2.4 Open the automatic drainage device on the ball, let the

condensed water in the air flows into the drainage device,

the discharge machine.

3.2.5 Interlocking start-stop mode: will switch located in the

interlocking gear, when the dryer by compressor start, stop

signal control, drier automatically put into operation. When

the machine need to manually shutdown, the switch in

manual operation, stop the dryer.

3.2.6 Remote control mode: will switch located in the remote file,

dryer by remote start, stop signal control, when the machine

need to manually stop, please switch in manual operation,

stop the dryer.

3.2.7 Dryer fault alarm function: when the dryer work failure of

equipment, automatic shutdown protection, the controller

output fault alarm signal including the alarm indicator light,

machine fault signal output to the remote.

Note: the equipment downtime, by pressing the stop button

to exit the dryer must be alarm status.

3.2.9 If you need to shutdown, should first stop delivery of

compressed air to the dryer, be placed manually switch gear,

if it has been run in manual mode, just press the stop button

(red) of dryer is closed, the air switch, respectively, to cut off

the power and control power supply, close the valve after

the shutdown of equipment import and export.

3.2.10 Equipment operation to supply compressed air import and

export the door slowly opened a little, and pressure to the

stable value after the open, to prevent the air flow rate is

too large in the equipment producing components impact.

4. Maintenance

Warning: in the beginning before the maintenance,

disconnect the power supply and the equipment of pressure

relief

4.1 No frequent opening and closing refrigeration compressor

4.2 External periodic cleaning dryer, and drainage drainage attention.

4.5 The water-cooled condenser maintenance methods: (water-cooled

type)

because it is very easy to precipitate the impurities in the filter

clogging,,So should be regularly to clean the screen, so as not to

make water circulation caused by insufficient, heat does not go out,

water quantity is the water side should be cleaned regularly

(depending on the water quality conditions, a general cleaning for 6

months, according to the cleaning to buy my company actual needs

cleaning machine).

4.6 Unit shut down, should do regular vacuum cleaning of cold and dry

machine internal parts.

4.7 Note the drying unit is good ventilation

at any time, and to avoid direct sunlight and heat source.

4.8 In the course of maintenance, should pay attention to the protection of

the refrigeration system, so as to avoid damage.

4.9 Cleaning drainage device:

4.9.1 The ball valve is closed drainage device before the fixed screws,

drain cover, release the compressed air in the drainage device.

4.9.2 Unscrew the drain cover, and then remove the drain core, with water

and a soft brush to clean. (prohibited the use of gasoline, toluene,

pine perfume solvent cleaning)

4.9.3 The drain valve core is arranged after cleaning, and then install the

drain cover, finally opened the front ball valve.

4.9.4 The inverted bucket type drainage device, before use should be

filled with water to form water sealing to work. When there is a trace

of leakage is normal.

4.9.5 The cooling water inlet and an automatic drainage device of Y type

filter in use after a period of time, the filter element accumulation of

impurities, leading to filter before the flow resistance increases,

affect the water flow, so that the drain blockages, should be

regularly on the filter cleaning and replacement. New equipment is

installed, because the pipe is dirty, regular inspection and cleaning.

4.9.6 Regularly check the electrical components contact is good, often

remove the dust distribution box.

4.10 Plate heat exchanger cleaning:

The equipment adopts aluminum magnesium alloy plate heat

exchanger: high heat transfer coefficient, reduce the energy

consumption of about 23%. Regular cleaning plate type heat

exchanger, in order to improve efficiency, reduce energy

consumption. Once every six months cleaning, cleaning steps are

as follows:

4.10.1 Close the panel for manual butterfly valve import and export, with

the cleaner production companies and the cleaning agent to clean

up 1 hours;

4.10.2 The cleaning agent cleaning machine for clean water, then half an

hour washing;

4.10.3 Use dry processed compressed air purge, purge completed open

the manual butterfly valve.

 Some possible causes of abnormal operation and failure of

refrigerated dryer:

・high temperature of air inlet,and cooling water is dirty
