Revision of CIDA Registration Grades for Construction Contractors

The main construction contractors registered under CIDA registered grades and combination of
construction contractors to form Joint Ventures have been revised with effect from January 2021
as follows;

A "Domestic majority ownership firm, domestic firm or local company" is an entity first registered with the
relevant authority in Sri Lanka with more than 51 percent ownership held by Sri Lankan nationals and this
definition shall be applicable entirely on this document.
