The video talks about how does the world of business being affected by the globalization, and there

are
two broad categories that impact the business, first is the market globalization which is the decline in
barriers to selling in other countries other than the home country, so If I were a businessman I would
invest in doing business internationally since the globalization allows us to do so and it open a lot of
opportunity and advantage to us like much higher revenue, good currency exchange and etc,. While the
second one is product globalization which is the sourcing of materials and services from other countries
to gain advantage from price differences in different nation, wherein cost are one major factors to
consider especially if we are in a manufacturing and service industry, like an Apple Company based in US
they bought there materials in different parts of the world and at the same time outsourcing their
manufacturing in China because China remain flexible and immediately adaptable to the needs of Apple-
reduces the cost production and at the same time impact jobs.
