Role: Manager PPC

Reporting to: Plant Head.

Responsibilities:

1. Raw material planning for each project as per approvedBOM (received from Design)/
PO(received from customer) and communicate to SCM.
2. Receiving of the raw material andverification w.r.tQty as per Supplier invoice /
packing list.
3. Ensure that Raw materials are kept in the designated areas.
4. Preparation of slitting plan for each customer considering the requirements and Raw
material ordered
5. Preparation of Production plan for Mills & Post rolling operations project wise.
6. Issue of shop orders along with approved punching drawings to production dept.
7. Prepare daily production report and communicate to all HOD’s.
8. Review production quantitiesw.r.t production plan / targets and organize daily review
meeting.
9. Preparation of dispatch plan and issue of packing slip for each dispatch.
10. Analysis of raw material consumption for each projecti.e planned Vs Actual and
report to plant head.
11. Conducting physical stock verification on 1stof every month and submission of report
to management.
12. Preparation of monthly reconciliation report by 5th of every month and submit to the
HOD finance.
13. Maintain the records of each PO quantities and dispatch due date as per PO Vs actual
dispatch date.
14. Ensureconfirmation (mail / written) from job work vendor on number of components
per sheet. before issuing the raw material.
15. Maintain a record of Outgoing and incoming material for each job work vendor and
ensure closing of job work challans on monthly basis.
16. Preparation of monthly reconciliation report for in house production and job work
vendors including process scrap and design scrap.
17. Preparation of Container loading report and forwarding to Unirac team.
