OCTOBER 2020 We are now witnessing a massive change in the daily dynamics of
our life. The COVID-19 crisis has hit the ‘reset’ button for all
individuals. Businessmen, professionals, activists, and even
policymakers are looking at these challenging mess from a new
perspective. But it’s also important to note that in these testing
mess, we have discovered a golden opportunity: an opportunity to
leave a lasting mark on mankind through our movement. Tabling, by
definition, has been created to help and assist all in such
unprecedented mess.
As the ‘new normal’ penetrates deeper in our lives, we have to
focus relentlessly on building everlasting bonds in our community.
The COVID-19 crisis has forced us to rethink how we build and
maintain relationships. We would like to inspire you to build tabling
in new ways. Start to focus on developing associations with fewer
clubs that have the energy and vibe that match your frequency.
The idea is that we should focus on quality rather than quantity. We
are with you at every step. We are always ready to help you! Reach

been and will always be young at heart!
• As a wise man once said, nothing changes if you change nothing. It's me to unleash the power of Tablers.
It’s me to bring a change that will be noticed worldwide, an iniave that will bring all the noble causes like
charity from clubs across the globe under a single platform
• For decades, We Tablers have shown that our power and the will to serve society are unparalleled. With
this compassion in our hearts, we set to bring a phenomenal change around the world. As we show the world
that the young generation will lead the change to make the world a beer place to live in, our leaders will take
over the stage with a mission to improve lives with the ‘THINK BIG’ iniave. (A training module for the
International Board)
• Constuon: Plans to make a clearer and precise constuon in multiple languages
• RTI University: An iniave for the LAPD which includes various training programs and talk shows with
prominent tablers and people of great knowledge. It also has e-ups with leading educational institutes for a
greater knowledge reach
• A robust PRO and social media team to cra digital content for branding for all associations who need it. So,
let’s come together, sow the seed of change, and lead forward to transform the world into a better place!

Greetings from the RTI board of 2020-21. This pandemic has made us
realise that we all need each other more than we think. We feel utterly
privileged to be a part of RTI, a family of brothers who extend unconditional
support to one another; be it in the form of help, advice, effort, or time. It is
priceless to know that someone is there to hear you out in these times of
distress, which makes a world of a difference. These tales deserve to be
heard by all members across the globe, hence as part of RTI University we
are coming up with a compilation called “Scent of Change”.

It is indeed overwhelming to see tabling centres across the globe beaming with optimism. Tabling activities
are resuming in most of the places, of course considering local scenario and circumstances. On behalf of the
entire RTI Board, I congratulate and thank my brothers for actively taking part in the “Voice of a Tabler”
survey, which gives us clear direction as to where RTI is headed. It is one of the biggest strengths of RTI that
it is spread across the world making us a strong network, which has the power to make a difference. This RTI
day on 14th March 2021 is an ideal date to leverage this strength by coming together for a common cause –
Blood Donation. Blood donation is considered equivalent to saving a life.

COVID 19 is a problem that has impacted every life on this planet in
unimaginable ways. Even the most experienced and renowned
institutions failed to address a solution and find their way forward.
Amongst such a catastrophe, one organization emerged to create a
difference in the lives of people, and the community at large. Being the
President of Round Table International was a challenging task for me
and my core team. We started by working on an entirely new tangent
to enrich millions of lives across the globe. Key highlights of the
strategy that we adopted to overcome this problem are:

• Resort to tactics that work in the real world - While it is easy to quote
old proven methods, this pandemic was an entirely new challenge. So,
the solution also had to be realistic and executable in the real world.
We ensured that regional organizations devised ways to handle the
situation they were facing in respective zones, and counter them with a
unique solution that was best fit for them.
• Understanding Cultural Dynamics - Round Table is spread across 68
countries which becomes vast geography on this planet.

• Lesser Planning but Better Execution - We knew that time is the most crucial factor right now, and
every minute is of utmost importance. Hence, we reduced time on planning things and allocated more
towards effective execution. That is how we could bring a larger impact across all centers of interest.
• Building Stronger Emotional Connect - An order or policy can be a boring ritual, but once you can strike
the right chord, getting work done becomes easy. We worked inclusively with heads of various Round
Table Clubs to create an atmosphere of empathy. This is the energy that flows down to the root level
making all the difference.
• Appreciation & Acknowledgement to every Effort - In general, most of the appreciation is stolen away
by the helm of organizations, but ultimately it demotivates the volunteers who work on ground level.

There are unbelievably valuable lessons that we learnt during this crucial phase of the pandemic. I am
overwhelmed by the support my team, associations, and each member of the club have extended in
making this possible. We went out of our comfort zones, conquered our fears and faced this threat with
courage & resilience. Hoping for a better tomorrow by Leading the Change.

Being a member of Round Table, we not only serve the community –

we serve ourselves. For years RTI has been instrumental in
developing skills, sharing valuable knowledge and providing unique
opportunities for personal growth and development. The biggest
differentiator is that members get a supportive environment with
like-minded friends where one can learn without any inhibitions or
fear of failure. RTI gives you the edge to upgrade yourself from time
to time, so that you can keep up with the everchanging world.

Whatever your passion is, Round Table has friends that share the same calling
as yours. They will motivate you, inspire you and drive you to be a better
version of yourself. The energy and excitement are so immense, that you can’t
resist to get carried away.
RTI University is one such unique endeavor to promote leadership, skills and
personality development in more elaborate and organized manner. Led by
Jayant Agarwal, RTI university has introduced programs like leadership training,
social media training, modules on the tabler world app, talk shows with
visionaries, sportsmen, celebrities and illustrious tablers, etc.

Round Table International magazine has been a pool of valuable information and inspiration to the members
of organization for several years. Every edition covers thought-provoking articles from association
members, experiences and stories that inspire, writeups from associations, and meaningful reads from
writers. It also covers information on upcoming events and updates from the organization.

This is just the tip of the iceberg, when it comes to internal growth and development with RTI. Being a
voluntary organization now it is upon you to make an effort, connect with friends across the globe who have
the same passion, and inspire each other to rise and shine.
