Aim

To create a system to arrange the speaking of the user, setting the agenda to
follow and a platform for users to see and understand the current process of the
discussion.

What is the project deliverable?

A web-based system which aims to automate the process of checking procedure
rules (agenda and roles of the user) and to aids the user to produce a document
based on the selected template for effective communication.
It allows they could see their motion (or any action) should be made in the
current stage or not. It would allow them to know what decisions should be
made in this phase. The system can remind the user if they are complying with
the agenda.

What is original about this project?

It is a system which guides through and provides references to a rule of
procedure for a meeting, assisting the users to prepare the document for a
meeting
