Collections

To collect payments, first click “Business”.

After clicking “Business” a ribbon will appear showing the different features under “Business”. Among
the different options, click “Sales Overview”.
After clicking “Sales Overview” you will be able to view the number of unpaid invoices and the total
amounts unpaid, click “Awaiting Payment”.

After clicking “Awaiting Payment”, you will be able to view the different invoices which are unpaid.
Select the invoice that you would like to collect.
After clicking the selected invoice, on the bottom left corner of the screen you will be able to see the
“Receive a payment” section. Fill in the necessary information such as, the amount paid or collected
from the customer, the date the amount was collected, and where or to whom the collection was paid.
After filling up the necessary information, click “Add Payment” to proceed with the collection process.

After clicking “Add Payment”, a notification banner would appear informing you that you have already
collected the amount due from the customer. The banner also come with an option to “View Invoice” or
“Send Receipt”.
To send the customer a receipt, click “Send Receipt” and a form would appear with different
information to be filled up. Fill up the necessary information, click “Send me a copy” if you want to
receive a copy of the receipt, click “Send” to send the receipt to the customer.

After clicking “Send”, a notification banner would appear informing you that the receipt was successfully
sent to the customer.
