ASSESSMENT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SCHOOL CHILD

PROTECTION POLICY BASED ON DEPED MEMORANDUM AS


PERCEIVED BY TEACHERS

The proposed study will deal with the problems encountered in implementing the school
child protection policy by the teachers and principals. Specifically it will try to achieve the
following sub-problems:

1. What is the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of:


1.1 Position?
1.2 Age?
1.3 Gender?
1.4 Number of Years in Teaching?
2. What is the level or extent of the implementation of the school child protection policy as
perceived by the teachers in terms of:
2.1 Documentation of incidents?
2.2 Violence prevention/reduction?
2.3 Approaches in dealing with parents and children?
2.4 Approaches in dealing with teachers?
3. What problems are encountered in implementing the school child protection policy in
terms of:
3.1 Documentation of incidents?
3.2 Violence prevention/reduction?
3.3 Approaches in dealing with parents and children?
3.4 Approaches in dealing with teachers?
4. Is there a significant difference on the perception of the teachers on the level of
implementation of child protection policy when grouped according to demographic
profile?

This study aims to determine the innovative and continuous improvement skills among
teachers. Also, this aims to determine how it is significant to the outlook of the respondents on
the importance of having developmental practices to nurture and unfold their skills in teaching.
Specifically, this study ought to answer the following:

This study intends to determine the effectiveness of utilizing technology-based Google


Classroom in their instruction as perceived by teacher and student respondents. Specifically, this
