Certain Provisions of RMO No. 30-2001to Specify the Name of Office
Responsible for Bank Accreditation

I. OBJECTIVE$

This Orderr is being issued to further amend certain provision of RMO No. 15-2016 to
include the additional BIR Officials as members of the Bank Accreditation.

ll. AMENDATORY PROV|SIOlrlS:

A. Sectirrn ll. A of RMO No. 75-20L6 is hereby amended to read as follows

lnformotion Systems Development ond Operations Service (ISDOS),
lnformation System Project Manogement Service (ISPMS); Head, Revenue
Data Center (RDC) - Luzon 2; Representatives from the Office of the
Commissioner of lnternal Revenue (OCIR); Office of the Deputy Commissioner
of lnternal Revenue - Operotions Group (ODCIR - OC); os members, shall be
c'reated. lts functions shall be to evaluote opplications for occreditation,
renewal of accreditation, disaccreditation, request for woiver of penolties of
tsonks and to moke recommendations relotive thereto to the Commissioner of
lnternal Revenue (CtR)/Deputy Commissioner of lnternal Revenue (DCIR) -
Operotions Group/Manogement Committee (MANCOM);
