This Order is hereby issued to amend Section V(B)(3 .1.2) of RMO No. 3-2009 to read
as follows:

"3.1.2 F'or National Office Cases. - The National Office Review Board shall be
composed of the following revenue officials:

Chairman: Asst. Commissioners (ACIRs), ES /LTS

Members: Representative, Division havingjurisdiction over the tmpayer
Representative, Office of the Deputy Commissioner (Legal
Group)
Representative, Office of the Deputy Commissioner
(Operations Group)
Representative, Legal Service"

This Order shall take effect immediately.
