COMPLAINT

The undersigned, Chief of police of Block 2 Taguig City , accuses Leonard

Tingco in the municipality of Binan, province of Laguna Philippines, the said accused
did then and there, wilfully, unlawfully, and feloniously, with malice and aforethought ,
attacked Mildred Sarosa with a knife, wounding the latter in the upper right part of
abdomen, producing wounds which are necessarily fatal, thereby causing the
immediate death of said Mildred Sarosa.
