Mil’s idea of happiness

Mil’s idea of happiness comes from the basic human psyche that pleasure is equal to happiness. I think
that’s not always the case, you often hear the phrase “money cant buy happiness” from rich people, not
that I disagree but I think money can make me happy but that’s not my point. I think that rich people say
this is because pleasure is always temporary, you can feel good for 15 minutes but can become easily
depressed afterwards. Mil also said that we find happiness if the people around us are happy, well that’s
generally true because happiness is contagious. If you see someone laughing, you cant help to think,
what are they laughing at? If you see your best friend being happy, you cant help being happy as well.
