Dear Mayor:

In anticipation of the increased work volume of the Human Resource Development Office in support
of the City Government’s management of COVID-19-related tasks, and in view of the ongoing
migration of employee data to the Integrated Human Resource Management Information System
(IHRMIS), may we respectfully request for your permission to allow HRDO personnel to render
overtime services for the period of July to December 2021.

Hereunder are the HRDO Sections whose personnel shall be working extra hours (only as the need
requires) during weekdays after 5:00 p.m., and on weekends and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m., to wit:

The overtime compensation will be subject to the CSC and DBM Joint Circular No. 1, series of 2015,
and HRDO guidelines on the rendition and payment of overtime services.
