Information for Handing over report

Regional Training Institute, Hyderabad caters to the training needs of this office besides
in-house capacity building to the staff on specific issues related to their wing. In addition to the
above, officials are being nominated for various other trainings institutes of IA&AD.
In 2021-22, in view of COVID-19 related Pandemic situation, all the trainings are being
conducted online using MS Teams. The Online trainings are being conducted as per the
schedule. During the year 2021-22, the nominations and back-ups for the training programmes
(both General and IS Courses) conducted by RTI, Hyderabad have been approved by competent
authority. Accordingly, office order was also issued and sent to all Participants and concerned
coordination sections. There have been a lot of deviations in these training nominations which
was appraised to Prl. Accountant General (Audit), AP. Prl. Accountant General has given oral
orders to prepare the list of deviations in the last six months and submit it by next meeting.
Regional Language Training to the newly recruited staff is being organised through
Telugu Akademi at Hyderabad and SRR & CVR Government Degree College at Vijayawada.
Training is to be imparted to the eligible officials.
Trainings are also being organised online using MS Teams for candidates appearing for
Department Examinations viz., SAS, RAE, Asst. Supervisors, AAOs due for Promotion as SAOs
have been conducted. DEA is to be conducted in January 2022.
Mandatory Induction Trainings are being conducted for all the Group C probationers.
The Training for JHTs, MTS Batch –I, Ars have been completed. Induction Training for MTS
Batch-II, DEOs and clerks, is to be organised. Induction training for DR AAOs 2018 batch – On
job training is completed on 31.12.2021
Honorarium for all serving officers, outside faculty and Retd. IA&AD officials has to be
paid as per the rates fixed by Headquarters office vide letter, dated 22.04.2021.
Present Status of work in the section
1. Monthly Arrear Report of November 2021 is to be prepared.
2. Training Need Analysis for 2022-23 is to be commenced.
3. In-house trainings on e-office is conducted for AMG-II. It is to be arranged for others
wings. Other In-House trainings of Admin Group are to be arranged as per calendar.
4. All the section related work and returns in respect of Training section are up to date.
