Continuing Education Portal

The Cisco Continuing Education Program offers Associate, Specialist, Professional
and Expert level Cisco certification holders’ flexible options to recertify by completing
a variety of eligible Continuing Education (CE) items. Use the Continuing Education portal
to be up to date on the latest CE news, find information on pre-approved courses and
submit your claims. Here’s how you can get started.

1 Visit the CE website to familiarize

yourself with the program.

2 Log in to the CE portal at

3 My Dashboard view:
On the CE dashboard, you can read
banners with the latest CE news.

See your certification summary

in the Certification table.

View your CE claim history

in the My Items table.

On this page, view the items that are eligible for
CE credits and their corresponding credit value.

5 Submit Items view:
Submit completed CE eligible items here. Once
the item has been approved, the credits will be
assigned to the requester profile.

Submissions must be submitted within 90 days

of completion.
