Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Herewith are the schedules of activities for the month of February.

1. LTM’s Day (School Directress Day)
 All the students are hereby informed that the School Head’s Day will be celebrated on the 11th of February.
Students are encouraged to take part in the celebration through whatever they can think of, like sending her a letter/note or
anything that will make her feel special and remembered amidst the pandemic.

Please be advised of the changes of schedule for the week February 8-12:
• February 10, Wednesday – Synchronous Class (all levels)
• February 11, Thursday – Asynchronous Class (all levels)

2. Distribution of Cards /PTC will be on February 13, Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00 Noon. The same procedure last grading period
will still be observed for the Parent-Teacher Conference.
 Top Achievers for both the Preschool and Grade school department will be announced on February 13, 2021 .

3. Fourth Long Test will be on February 16,17,18. Releasing of the Examination Permit will begin on February 8, 2021.
 Computations for the Yearly Recognition will be taken from First Quarter to Fourth Quarter Only . Take note that the
fourth quarter covers the Monthly Test and the Fourth Quarter Exams or the PREFINALS which will be on the month of
March.
 We would like to reiterate that PROMISSORY LETTERS FOR DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS WILL NOT BE HONORED THIS TIME
DUE TO SOME UNFULFILLED PROMISES MADE LAST EXAMINATION PERIOD.

4. 33rd Founding Anniversary (February 22-26, 2021)

 DCLC Got Talent – an Virtual Competition

period will still be observed for the Parent-Teacher Conference.

achievers will be held inside the classroom only. Regular classes will still be held on this day
