Parent-Teacher & Students for 2015 – 16
Objective :- To take proper care of students in Academic as well as Non–Academic. To
develop the healthy relationship among Student & Teacher, and to give moral support. This will
also help to solve the Personal Problems & to improve the overall performance.

Structure :- Every lecturer will assigned students group, for which he / she will be the
Parent. The Course –cum - Class wise Parent- Teacher and Students are as follows :-

Parent Teacher’s Role :-

1. Collect the Detail Information of each student & make a profile in a prescribed format
provided ( Student Information Form ).
2. Take a meeting with students at every 15 days interval.
3. Try to Understand the Problems of students in meeting.
4. Try to Solve it by Guidance / Providing solutions / Moral Support / Motivation and by using
personal skills.
5. If till problem remains unsolved, Parent- teacher should discuss it to respective HOD ( with or
Without Student ).
6. The meeting should cover on Regular Attendance, Academic Performance, Discipline,
Behavior, Backlogs, Study etc.
7. The Special Meeting should be arranged Pre & Post internal Exams, in order to Improve the
Academic Performance.
8. The Performance in terms of Marks & Attendance of Internal should be reported to HOD &
Parents ( Through Timely Letters within 10 days of each Exam ).
9. Arrange the discussion of Students having Backlog Papers with the Respective Subject
teachers to Guide them.
10. Analyse the Strengths & Weaknesses of students and accordingly Provide them an
Opportunity, Motivate for various Participations AND Suggest the Solutions to remove
weaknesses through conducting GD & personal guidance under the guidance of HOD.
11. After every meeting the Proper report should be submitted to HOD within 2 days.
