 Terms: LPO prior to commencing work, please ensure your LPO refers to this quotation.
 Payment: 30 days from the date of Invoice.
 Validity: 30 days from the date of quotation.
 Wimpey Laboratories quality management system has been assessed by technical experts for
specific competence.
 All tests will be carried out in accordance with relevant international standards. In case of any
changes in the standard, a standard operating procedure will be forwarded to you for an official
approval.

Both parties shall be responsible for the impartiality of laboratory activities and shall not allow
commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise impartiality. Wimpey Laboratories shall
inform the customer in advance, of the information it intends to place in the public domain. Also
Wimpey Laboratories shall ensure that personnel, including any committee members,
 contractors, personnel of external bodies, or individuals acting on the laboratory's behalf, shall
keep confidential all information obtained or created during the performance of laboratory
activities, except as required by law. However, a customer may disclose the same to its affiliated
companies, including its parent company, if any (collectively, "Affiliates"), for the limited purpose
of assisting customer in satisfying any obligations it owes to the Disclosing Party.
 Health and safety rules are strictly followed as per local and international rules.
 Hazardous material will be identified and it will be returned to the customer after completing the
test.
 If you accept the standard terms and condition of the quotation, please forward a signed copy of
the quotations back to us followed by the official LPO.
