- Exclusions: Re-audit, where applicable:
In only a few cases and if the results of the audit are documented to be insufficient to issue or to
maintain the certificate, a re-audit is required. Instances of investigating complaints or changes to
the management system or subsequent audit of clients who have their certificate withdrawn require
a Short Notice Audit. The cost of these inspections is USD 500 per man-day.
- If only the 1st Stage of the Certification Audit is completed, then only 30% of the value of the certification audit
will be invoiced.
- Our offer is valid for One (1) month.
- The services offered are put into effect upon signing the acceptance of our offer and are valid for at least three
(3) years.
- Payment must be completed In cash and VAT as per Ministry of Finance

The calculation of the prices referred to above shall be based on the information provided by the Client to us, in
particular for the number of employees, the activities and locations, as well as the deployment of the auditors and
the announcement of the date. Insofar as this information is not accurate or changes have occurred, this may
necessitate a new calculation concerning the expenditure and price. If the relevant calculation guidelines are
changed by the competent accreditation bodies or scheme owners, we shall also be entitled to adjust the
calculation accordingly at any time.
