Steps required to perform updating the endpoint configurations.

i) Perform backup mm configuration tables "/comptel/mm1/config/ext/tables/" to


comptel backup directory "/comptel/backup/"
ii) Open "SYSTEM_PARAMETERS" table under "/comptel/mm1/config/ext/tables/". Update
below ip or port according to new se2 server info.

MM - Rest Client remote
port;ALL;mm.rest.client_remote_port;31101;

Steps required to perform either restart or rolling restart of TID system as part
of updating new endpoints. Also confirm the duration required for each step.

i) When table file is updated in "/comptel/mm1/config/ext/tables/", rest of the


files in the directly will immediately refreshed with the changes reflecting this
in the date and timestamp.
ii) The M&M configuration on rest of the TID servers will also get automatically
updated.
iii) This configuration change also refreshes the TIMSTEIN database.
iv) Once this SYSTEM_PARAMETERS file has been updated, it is important to login to
each of the other online TID servers to ensure the same file has been updated.
v) To check if the changes have been updated, need to run the publish status
command:
/compltel.mm1/config/ext/tables/ ->
pubishviafile.status
