1 Purpose & Scope:


This document serves as a guideline for the recommended Escalation &
Communication of incidents in the USSD system. It provides how to monitor the
USSD application server and explains to which team incident to be routed.

2 Introduction:
USSD server provides telecommunication solutions for the corporate sector
services like USSD &SMS based product subscription. USSD services appear in
a menu-based portal, in which subscribers can choose the desired service.

3 Network Monitoring
Follow the below Step for the Network Status check Monitoring:

Step: 1
Login to UGS Node using below credentials.
Username/password : root/*********

Step: 2
Switch user to omni as below and verify whether the prompt changes.

Step: 3
Execute the below mml command as below and you will get Yes/No option, give Yes
Expected output: You will get the active and standby node.
