of applicants. Your safety is our priority. As part of precautionary measures, customers visiting our Visa
Application Centres may be subjected to body temperature checks to assess their health conditions and required
to wear a face mask.

Customers exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, including fever (higher than 38 degrees Celsius), cough and
difficulty breathing will be advised to seek medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility of their choice.

Please check the VAC opening status on our website prior to reaching the VAC on the date of appointment

Only Customer having an appointment will be allowed inside the building. Entry of accompanied members is not

permitted.

All decision envelopes will only be returned using the paid courier services offered by the Visa Application
Centre.
The VAC will NOT offer Passport collection or delivery; In-person enquiry, appointment booking, photocopy-
photobooth and self-service workstation services

Kindly maintain Social Distancing (1.5m) whilst in VAC/ building premises.

Kindly carry the below documents in hardcopy on the day of your appointment:

Appointment letter.

Valid Original Passport

Biometric Instruction letter.

Signed copy of the consent form, one form per applicant

Please note: To ensure the safety of all concerned, the VACs are being sanitized on a regular basis. The staff will be
wearing masks & gloves and all Biometric equipment and workstations will be sanitized.
