How are we doing this?

Tools you will need

Mailshake (you’ll be sent an invite)
Hunter.io access (you’ll be sent an invite)
Grammarly Chrome Plugin (free plugin to correct grammar/spelling)
Notepad++ (free text editor )

SerpWorx plugin (you’ll be sent login details)

Nofollow Simple Chrome Plugin (this indicates if a link is ‘nofollowed’)
Overview of how this works
The “Project Plan” tab will indicate the tasks you and the prospector will be doing. It’ll display the task, how many emails you need to pitch,
extra notes and the deadline for each task. And there’s a space there for you to mark as “working” or “completed”
You are responsible for your own tasks and we expect you to keep myself and the project manager informed on your progress. If you are
delayed on a task for whatever reason, its imperative that you inform us as soon as possible. As this will affect deadlines of further tasks and
will impact the team as a whole when hitting targets.

“Link Targets” tab

This is the main tab where target lists are built by the prospecting team, and where you will take your data to conduct your outreach. You will
keep this updated so you can track replies, the stage each target is at etc. You must keep this updated so that the team knows the stage the
project is at and so that we can keep track of which targets seem promising.
Passwords tab
Password logins for the outreach email inbox. Which you will need to check from time to time, even though you will be using Mailshake. There
may also be access to other accounts associated with the client.

Content Ideas tab

This will come in useful when pitching to sites for guest posts, or when pitching to journalists. This will have the titles and may also have the
“type” of website each content idea can be pitched to.
Live(agreed) tab

This is where you record links that have gone live, which are scheduled to go live, or are agreed and close to finalising.
Mailshake

This is a tool we use which we can save email templates inside, connected to each client email inbox. This allows for easy customisation of
templates and we can check for replies and send replies within this platform as well.
