Introduction:
The reaction paper is all about on the topics, The Harmonized Region 1
Research and Development Agenda (HRRDA) 2017-2022; The ISPSC
Harmonized Research Development and Extension Agenda 2017-2022
and the last is the Graduate Seminar Syllabus.

Body:
The Harmonized Region 1 Region 1 Research and Development (HRRDA)
2017-2022 is a companion plan of the Regional Development Plan (RDP)
2017-2022. It support the attainment of the NHRDA 2017-2022 and
Ambisyon Natin 2040 that contains researchable areas and topics that
respond to the challenges, strategies in the RDP, and emerging concerns
of the priority sectors of the RDC 1: economic development, social
development, infrastructure, governance, and environment and natural
resources.
So in order for the region to be successful in all each research areas and
topics, the National government should continue to support in
cooperation with the different funding sources.
The ISPSC shall primarily give professional and technical training both in
the undergraduate and graduate levels in the field of economics,
agriculture, fishery, trade home industry, engineering, education, forest
research and conservation management, finance, accounting and
business administration, and other fields as maybe relevant, besides
providing for the promotion of of scientific and technological researches
which the college deems necessary and carrying out each objectives. The
college should also offer undergraduate and graduate and short term
technical courses with in its area of specialization as the Board of trusties
may deem necessary to carry each objectives particularly in order to
meet the needs of the province.
Orientation of the Graduate School Code Vision Mission Goals and
Objectives, to effectively realize the Vision and Mission of the school the
goals and objectives should be strengthen production and generate
more income to support research, instruction and extension activities.
The improvement of physical facilities and building structure in all of the
campuses should be continue. The improvement and increase of income
of the farmers, fisher folks should be prioritize by the concern agency.
The Graduate School Code Contributed enough in the development and
transforming the lives of the students, because all of these are strictly
followed and implemented by the school officials.
Rules governing written and oral defense, in order to achieved all these
rules governing written and oral defense, the committee should give the
students enough time to prepare themselves with their written and oral
defense.

Conclusion:
I genuinely understand and inspired, and I learned so much about what
we are discussing.
