 Start the motor (45KW) of MESCBI600-

 Start the humidification system consisting of 18 nozzles feeding them with
clean water, the system will be managed by a ball valve with actuator,
controlled by a 24 Volt Dc single solenoid valve, use a pressure of 4 Bar-
 Start the motor (4 KW) of the rotary valve -
 Feed the rotary valve with ash
 At the end of the mixing cycle, stop the rotary valve motor -
 Make sure that the mixer has completely discharged the humidified ash
 Start the cleaning system consisting of 12 nozzles by feeding them with clean
water, the system will be managed by a ball valve with actuator, controlled by
a single solenoid valve 24 Volt Dc, use a pressure of 4 Bar-, during cleaning
the humidifier nozzles and the mixer motor must remain running
 After cleaning, close all the valves with the water supply actuator

Emergency Stop

 Silo Outlet Valve confirmed closed

 Rotary valve is stopped-confirmed stopped by rotation sensor
 Ash Conditioner is stopped and confirmed stopped by rotation sensor
 Conditioning Water valve is closed confirmed
 Washing Water valve is closed
 System is at Reset

With System at rest after emergency button has been pressed:

 Disconnect power cables from ash conditioner motor for safety purpose
 Unbolt ash conditioner humidifying cabin from the top of the ash conditioner
casing and take it out
 At this time ash conditioner casing is uncovered and easily accessible from the
top
 Step inside the ash conditioner casing and clean manually all the interior
components. Special attention should be dedicated to remove sticky and
crusty ash that may appear all along the bottom of the ash conditioner, on
each wall, on the shafts, on paddles and their teeth, on top covers and on the
ash conditioner humidifying cabin
 Now ash conditioner cabin is clean. Step outside the ash conditioner cabin
and re-place ash conditioner humidifying cabin on the top of the ash
conditioner cabin
 Bolt ash conditioner humidifying cabin on casing
 Reconnect power cables to ash conditioner motor
 Tur-on power on ash conditioner motor and let ash conditioner run empty for
10-15 and check it
 Proceed once again with normal operation
