 ShreeMomai RotoCast Containers Pvt Ltd, one of India's leading Rotational Moulding
Machine Manufacturer, commenced manufacturing machines in the year 1992 and then
in the year 2012 it diversified its operation in the custom moulding and product
manufacturing business. ShreeMomai Products Pvt Ltd looks after the Product
Manufacturing and Custom Moulding Division of the business.
 ShreeMomai Products Pvt Ltd is both a manufacturer of its’ own range of rotationally
moulded products and a custom developer/manufacturer of other market leader
products. The main market sectors in which the company trades are Industrial Material
Handling, Playground Equipments, Road Safety and Traffic Management Equipments,
Outdoor Furniture, Flower Planters and Custom Moulding.
 ShreeMomai Products Pvt Ltd serves customers in both public and private sectors in
India. In the Indian context the company would be classified as SME.

Background
 ShreeMomai RotoCast Containers Pvt Ltd, the predecessor of ShreeMomai Products Pvt
Ltd, was established in 1992. The main aim was to establish the company as a major
machine manufacturer and exporter to the global market. In 2012 they decided to
expand their operations into the manufacture of plastic products by the rotational
moulding process. From their first 15,000 sq ft premises at Vadodara, Gujarat they have
developed their business and now offer their customers a complete package, from
product development to supply of machine, moulds, Pulveriser and other necessary
accessories for the manufacture of high quality products.

Growth

 Since 2012 the plastics division of the company has developed and prospered.
Additional plant was installed and an extension was added to the original company
plant. The company has focused on its main areas of activity - the manufacture of plastic
products and water storage tanks.
 In 2013 the company constructed their second purpose built manufacturing plant in
Waghodia, Vadodara and installed a new state of the art Rotational Moulding machine.
The company has continued to expand since then in both production capabilities and
premises.

Uniqueness
 It should be noted that ShreeMomai Products Pvt Ltd is unique in the rotational
moulding field in India. The company can manufacture plastic tanks up to 10,000 liters in
capacity and now produces over 43 different products in many diverse fields.

Our Services

 We have a dynamic and dedicated in-house design team who will work closely with you
to achieve the product you require. We have a fully equipped mould fabrication
workshop and state of the art rotational moulding machines which allow for a
reasonable idea/product turnaround. This also enables us to have full control over the
quality of the product you receive. With the aid of high quality 3D renderings we can
provide you with initial concepts as to how your product may look once finished. We
can also further develop these ideas should this be required. These can be presented to
you in a variety of formats. Our design team can also provide you with a full set of CAD
product drawings once the final design has been completed.
 Our skilled teams of mould fabricators have the capability of producing a mould within
relatively short period of time. This allows us to quickly produce the initial prototype for
testing.
