Kindly note that this is a group-tutorial and the groups will be randomly assigned

Select a construction project executed in your country through public-private partnership

(PPP) mode for the case-study.

a) Identify the key features of the contract (Functional and Financial aspects of the client

and the contractor)

b) Discuss the key challenges experienced by the client or the contractor during the

course of the project

c) Evaluate whether the project was successful both for the client and the contractor. If

not successful, discuss the reasons for the same

d) Considering yourself as the client and given a chance for you to choose any kind of

contract for the selected project, would you still prefer PPP? Validate your decision

with reasonable arguments

Important aspects of the Tutorial work

1. Make a 5 min (Maximum 5-7 slides) PowerPoint presentation.

2. Try to use relevant figures and tables instead of bare numbers.

3. Give bullet points. (Do not fill the slides with paragraphs).
