preventative screenings, including screening for colorectal cancer. Our clinical team
has found that Cologuard is a good alternative for many low-risk patients that refuse a
traditional colonoscopy. We strongly encourage our in-network providers to offer this
option to all of our members who refuse a colonoscopy.

required and CPHL will cover Cologuard screening for our Medicare plan members age
50-75, with zero cost to the member!
