Each building has the same floor plan design.
Each blocks have different floor plan but the same space arrangements and floor area The communal building has communal spaces, library and head office of the blocks/ site The kindergarten is located far from access roads to avoid noice, disturbance and for the children they’ll have safety It has 4 class rooms, 3 office, 1 staff, 1 nursing room, 1 sleeping room and indoor playground The parking has 43 spaces and as a standard I use 1 parking space per 5 household. I have 28 household per 6 floors which makes the blocks a G+8 building.
