 In a given area ofb1 hectar, we're designing an integrated mass housing.

 The design program includes
 Blocks( Residential buildings)
 Kindergarten
 Communal space
 Greenery
 Public space....
The orentiation of the building is based on the site finding

 Each building has the same floor plan design.

 Each blocks have different floor plan but the same space arrangements and floor area
 The communal building has communal spaces, library and head office of the blocks/ site
 The kindergarten is located far from access roads to avoid noice, disturbance and for the
children they’ll have safety
 It has 4 class rooms, 3 office, 1 staff, 1 nursing room, 1 sleeping room and indoor
playground
 The parking has 43 spaces and as a standard I use 1 parking space per 5 household. I
have 28 household per 6 floors which makes the blocks a G+8 building.
