Al Rashed Prodhan was born on October 16, 1984, in Rajshahi.

He completed his BBA on entrepreneur-

ship from Limkokwing University form Malaysia & also do his MBA from that same university.

After he came back to Bangladesh he change almost 5 job then at last he decides to do his own business
in 2014. And then he planned to open an advertising firm. And it is Dotcreat.

DOTCREAT is an exciting, fresh, full-service marketing and advertising agency.

Leadership style
Al Rashed Prodhan is a fine example of Transactional Leader because he has every quality that should
have in that leadership. He is very communicative with team members and very transparent with every
team member. When he started his business, he never wanted to create his position in number 1 in the
market. His vision and mission both is to create a family in the field of business and that is what he is
doing. He is also very friendly with his all team members. He established relationship with his team
members not only as employee-leader but also as a family. Every team member’s decisions are
important for him. He is very creative person. He loves to take challenges. He takes challenges not
because he needs to have higher position in the market but to learn something from those challenges.

His goal is to provide best quality products and service to the client. He knows every employees
strengths and weakness. He utilizes the strengths and the things those are their weakness he always
