DEBENTURE NOTES SUBSCRIPTION FORM

1. Amount and terms of the emission

The Company is a Limited Corporation registered in Gibraltar, is fund raising the amount of ONE
MILLION EUROS (1 000 000.00 €) through the issuance of debenture notes.

Any person wishing to participate in the debenture notes issuance must return two copies of the form on
page 2, completed and signed, to the Director, along with the following KYC documents:
- Copy of current valid passport or ID card
- Copy of proof of address not older than 2 months
- Source of funds :
 Income/ personal funds from current employment (pay slips, bank statements, letter
from employer…)
 Income from self-employment/ business ownership (balance sheet, business accounts)
 Savings ( statements)
 Sale of property (copy of sales contract, proof of receipt of funds)
 Sale of Assets (copy of sales contract, proof of receipt of funds)
 Inheritance ( grant of probate, letter from a licensed solicitor or estate trustee, Will)
 Investment Portfolio (saving certificates, contract notes, maturity statement…)
 Retirement Income ( dividend contract note, bank statements, …)
 Other: ________________________________________________

Please note that only NON U.S. Citizens and NON U.S. residents qualify to subscribe to these debenture
notes.

The minimum subscription amount is set to EUR 10 000.00.

The subscription period is open between the 29th of July, 2021 and midnight on the 12th August, 2021.

The bank details to make your investment by bank transfer, will be sent after reception of the subscription
form and KYC documents.

Subscriptions received by the Company, shall be recorded on a subscription form indicating the surname,
first names and domicile of the subscriber or his company name and registered office, and the amount of
the subscription.
This subscription is subject to the approval of the Company.

Upon approval of the subscription, reception and clearance of the funds, the Company will issue the
debenture notes to the investor according to the amount invested.
