Kendriya Effect of Planets

In vedic astrology, Kendras are given prime importance even more than trines & planets in
kendras are deemed to exert special influence on other planets posited in kendras. So we have to
analyse kendriya effect based on naadi principles.

As stated earlier, most of yogas in vedic astrology have been derived from kalpurush chart. So
in kalpurush chart, mars is placed in lagna & moon in 4th house. Mars is body of native being LL &
moon is the mother, 4L. If we take the trine aspect of moon in pisces, its effects are present in the
native even before the birth as 4th is the house of womb ( girbh) & it's lord placed in 12th, house of
expenses & health problems. Therefore moon, mother protects the child at the cost of monetary
expenses & her health. As known to all, child is nourished in the uterus by the blood of mother for
around 9months till birth. So planet placed in 4th gives benefic aspect to planet in lagna even at the
cost of his health & finances.

Similarly taking the effect of mars in trine, 2nd house to moon, he becomes family & finance of
mother for whole life. Thus effect of moon & mars on each other is life long while moon's effect on
mars from conception. As per the legend, mars was brought up by mother earth at the behest of
Goddess Parvati, consort of Lord Shiva. All birds, animals, rivers, mountains etc have taken birth
from womb of earth & so earth, represented by moon is jagatjanani, mother of universe, Goddess
Parvati. Moon- mars relation is also called Mother- son relation & so any native having having this
yoga will not be issueless unless strong opposing factors available.

Kendriya effect in kendras of lagna will have more beneficence than that of other places. Taking
example of Lord Rama chart, exalted saturn in 4th, being 7th & 8L aspecting sun, moon, jupiter &
with kendriya effect on mars created great hardships to Lord Ram, mother Kakeyi, father Dashrath &
bother Lakshman. Assuming Aries lagna horoscope, sun posited in leo, mars in scorpio have kendriya
relation. Here mars having its natural & 8th house properties will aspect sun in his 12th means that
native may have born out of caeserian operation or having problems connected to significations of
mars like accidents, sexual diseases etc. Native, his father likely to be egoistic, bold & will have
possession of lands.
