Dear Mayor Huervas,

As our nation and our government are navigating through this pandemic, certain programs of
the department have unfortunately been put on hold but nevertheless, the City Cooperative Office,
through your leadership and support, have found ways to achieve effective delivery of vital services
to the cooperative sector of our city by readjusting the way in which services are delivered so as to
minimize the negative impact of the pandemic on the cooperative community.

The City Cooperative Office is pleased to inform you of the following accomplishments the
department has made during the 1st half of 2021 (January-June):
• The office has
successfully updated the profiling data base of 41 active cooperatives for the Fiscal Year of 2020;
• Assisted in the
organisation of five (5) new cooperatives in the city. Two (2) of which are now fully registered
with the CDA and three (3) of the 5 new cooperatives are currently undergoing placement
evaluation;
• Aided in filing
Cooperative Annual Progress Report (CAPR) of seventeen (17) cooperatives in the city;
• The office has been
present in all CDA virtual meetings for the period of January 2021 to June 2021
• Facilitated CVCDC
virtual meetings
• Attended two (2)
CDA-sponsored virtual seminars on _(name sa seminar and date_PAKI INSERT NALANG
EMMALOT)_______ and __________________
• The office has
relocated to a bigger office space at the ABC Hall which can now accommodate all office
workers.
 In behalf of the department and the cooperative sector of the city, I would like to thank you
for your continued and steadfast support. I assure you that we, in the cooperative office, will
continue to effectively deliver your programs and services to the grassroots community and
cooperative sector.
