 Executive Summary

This report is mainly based on the public figure “Sushanta Paul”. I found that the
personality of Sushanta Paul is very motivating and inspiring. He has a good number
of achievements in his life both in government and private sector. He is very
influential motivational speaker. Not only he is good at motivational speech but also,
he is tremendous in the sector of media and press. He has also influence over the
literature in both English and Bangla media. I have collected theses information from
various sources such as Wikipedia or His own personal website and so on. He started
his life from scrapes and he could manage to make it through the tunnel. I think he is
one of best inspirations of this young generation.

Introduction

If you’re not thinking about your dream, you’re not thinking at all.

This very motivating line is spoken by Sushanta Paul. Term paper is basically a research paper
based on given topic. In this paper, I will be focusing on life and works of Sushanta Paul. He has
touched many lives with motivating lines like mentioned above. In this term paper, his works and
achievements will be discussed thoroughly.

OBJECTIVE

The report serves mainly the following purpose:

To depict the biography of Sushanta Paul

To highlight the achievements of Sushanta Paul
To present his struggle in life which is inspirational
To show his as a role model of this generation
To encourage people to flourish in both sectors(Govt and Private)

Who is Sushanta Paul
Assistant Commissioner of Customs Sushanta Paul is an inspirational public figure, Motivational
speaker and also a BCS guide himself. He has secured the highest mark in the written exam of BCS
which is current hype of the youth of Bangladesh. He has motivated at least 7 lack people through his
speeches and writings.

Accomplishments and Achievements

Sushanta Paul is a man of caliber. He stood 2nd in order of merit in the admission test of CUET out
of thousands of competitors. He secured the 1st position in order of merit in the admission test of
MBA (IBA, DU). He got the 1st position in order of merit in the 30th BCS Exam. His marks in the
written exam is the highest marks till date. Also motivated at least 20 lac people through his speeches
and writings. He himself delivered at least 76 inspirational speeches in various platforms
countrywide completely voluntarily. He used to be a regular contributor of articles to national dailies
like Prothom Alo, Kaler Kantha, etc.
Last but not least he is currently working as a Deputy Commissioner of Customs of The Government
of Bangladesh.

Conclusion:
Young generation can be easily disappointed or be aimless in in life. As mentioned above,
Sushanta Paul is a real life ideal person for people from this generation. His life struggles and
how he got through it can be inspiring for thousands of young fighters. The way he motives
people and tries to make people do good in life is remarkable.
