Ecuadorian cultural traditions
Ecuador is a multiverse country full of both cultural and gastronomic traditions that is why it is
considered as the country of the four continents crossing from the Galapagos islands the coastal
regime the Ecuadorian highlands and the Amazon Gastronomy is an essential part when talking about
Ecuador because its soil lends itself to the cultivation of almost all vegetables for Ecuadorian cuisine,
each region has a main dish that is accompanied by great culinary knowledge Cultural traditions are
not left behind. A country of magical towns has combined its paradises to present a tourist product
that meets the needs of consumers, which is why each region has both natural and cultural appeal,
thus giving a wide choice of places to visit in Ecuador
Ecuador is a paradisiacal world which, together with its wealth, could be promoted internationally
since it is rich in renewable natural resources with charismatic people and incomparable cultural and
gastronomic traditions.
Tourism in Ecuador
When talking about Ecuador we have always heard about the wonders that Ecuador presents in the
tourist places that it has due to its four ecosystems in each region that is why the world over the years
has gradually known the tourist wealth that the country has the insular region with its enchanted
islands a paradisiacal island which presents a unique flora and fauna in the world the coastal region
with the best beaches and gastronomy combined with the typical seafood of the place the sierra region
with the Andes mountain range with the majestic snowy Chimborazo, the highest mountain in the
world and one of its most precious ecosystems, the Amazon, its diversity in flora and fauna, rich in
oil, rivers, gastronomy, and friendly people.

Tourist activities in Riobamba
The Riobamba plain is surrounded by valleys and hills and a few kilometers from the snowy
Chimborazo, it is because of this that it is one of the provinces with the largest number of tourist
activities related to adventure sports such as trekking to Chimborazo, a strength walk For the people
who visit it, also cycling, which is practiced down the slopes of the Chimborazo towards the entrance

My holidays
In my holidays, I went to my grandparent´s house, in Argentina with my parents and my brothers. I
swam in their swimming pool, and I played football with my cousins. It was very funny.

When I came back, I went to the cinema with some friends. We saw "Terminator", it was great! We
ate popcorn and then we went to a cyber. We had an excellent day.
The rest of the week I played on the computer, the PlayStation, and I saw television. I enjoyed a lot
my holidays. I want to repeat it in my next holidays

Shawn’s family is not very big.

His mother and father live in a flat in London. His father works in an insurance company, and his
mother is a nurse. She works for the National Health Service.
Shawn shares a flat with two friends and works in a restaurant. He’s a waiter. He has two sisters,
Lucy and Millie, who live together in Southampton.
Shawn has a girlfriend, and Lucy has a boyfriend, but Millie is single.
Shawn’s girlfriend’s name is Maria, and she’s Italian. She moved to the UK to study English a few
years ago, and then stayed. She works in a café near Piccadilly Circus.
Shawn’s in love with Maria, and he also really likes her dog. He loves going for long walks in the
park with Maria and her dog.
Since they’ve been going out for over a year, Shawn’s thinking of asking Maria to move in with him.
Rent prices are high in London, and they could save a lot of money by living together.

Great weekend.

On Friday afternoon, I finished work at 5 PM. I went home and took a shower. Then I went to see a
couple of my friends at a bar downtown.
We had a couple of beers and a nice talk.
Tom told us about his new job, and Jim told us about his new girlfriend. After a while, we went to a
restaurant and had pizza. I went to bed late that night, but I was very happy.
On Saturday morning I went running in the park. I ran 5 kilometers, and then came home.
After that, I met my girlfriend for lunch. We went to a Thai restaurant near my house. I love Thai
food!
I spent the evening with my girlfriend, watching TV on the sofa.
The next day, I got up and caught the train to my parents’ town. I usually go to see my parents on
Sundays, at least twice a month.
My mom usually makes a roast, and we go for a walk in the park or in the country after lunch.
This weekend was a bit different, though. My parents took me out for a nice lunch, because it was
my birthday. After lunch, we took a walk (as usual) and then I caught the train back to London.
Now it’s Monday and I’m back at work, but I’ve got big plans for next weekend!
 My visit to the beach

I went to the beach with my family and friends, I played pool, beach soccer, some of my friends were
watching movies in my house. I made many friends, but the best part was going to the beach, go out
to walk at night with my friends, make bonfires and tell horror stories.

My mom said that these hollidays have been the best and that's right, also I learned surfing. Later, in
a long but beautiful night, we went to the hotel, it was so elegant had a large bed where I wanted to
sleep all day, but it was impossible I had to get up early since we were going to go all over the city,
we went out looking for food, then we went to see more sights, the city was beautiful, the sand beach,
the sun, but then I was very tanned, even thought it was worthy because I spent a wonderful holliday,
and nothing better than being with your best friends, and take pictures to remember

The animal kingdom

All animals are members of the Kingdom Animalia, also called Metazoa. This Kingdom does not
contain the prokaryotes (Kingdom Monera, includes bacteria, bluegreen algae) or the protists
(Kingdom Protista, includes unicellular eukaryotic organisms). All members of the Animalia are
multicellular, and all are heterotrophs (that is, they rely directly or indirectly on other organisms for
their nourishment). Most ingest food and digest it in an internal cavity. Animal cells lack the rigid
cell walls that characterize plant cells. The bodies of most animals (all except sponges) are made up
of cells organized into tissues, each tissue specialized to some degree to perform specific functions.
In most, tissues are organized into even more specialized organs. Most animals are capable of
complex and relatively rapid movement compared to plants and other organisms. Most reproduce
sexually, by means of differentiated eggs and sperm. Most animals are diploid, meaning that the cells
of adults contain two copies of the genetic material. The development of most animals is characterized
by distinctive stages, including a zygote, formed by the product of the first few division of cells
following fertilization; a blastula, which is a hollow ball of cells formed by the developing zygote;
and a gastrula, which is formed when the blastula folds in on itself to form a double-walled structure
with an opening to the outside, the blastopore
