Code of Conduct 2021

Of the Intelligence Operations

AGREE TO ABIDE BY TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

When you join Intelligence Operations/ or activities, you have expressly agreed to all the Terms
& Conditions (the “T&C”) stated by Intelligence Operations.

CODE OF CONDUCT

1. You agree to behave according to a proper code of conduct to the other members and
employees of Intelligence Operations. In the event you infringe this code of conduct (usage of
vulgarities, harass, defame, etc) your services engaged with Intelligence Operations would be
suspended or terminated.
2. You shall be responsible for any information you voluntarily disclose to other members or
clients of Intelligence Operations. We would not be liable for your harm, mishaps, damages or
loss as a result of your own disclosure.
3. You are to assume truly identity at all times and not impersonate any person or entity.

SECTION 1.1 RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. All General Rules & Regulations of Habboon and IO must be followed by all members of
IO ranks, SV and VIP’s of the agency.

a. We DO NOT promote or tolerate any violence or abusive language.


b. We encourage members to be considerate of everyone’s diversity and
differences including cultural backgrounds, religion and political beliefs, and
sexuality.
c. We DO NOT condone any harassment in base.
Verbal harassments - Include inappropriate jokes, derogatory comments or sexual
innuendo. Verbal threats or implied threats counts too.
d. We discourage any uncomfortable sexual conversations made within our
community including in base and out of base discussions.
e. Any person looking to join the agency must have at least 3 days of account
creation.
f. All IO employees must have their Online Time visible to the Agency at all times.

SECTION 1.2 PROHIBITED CONDUCT


Prohibited Conduct of SPECIAL VISITORS
a. SV members are allowed to enter base through group gates only but they are not
allowed to sit at any workstation within base.
b. If we believe that you’re being disruptive/disrespectful in our base, you may be
faced with consequences.
SV members who do not respect these rules and regulations may face their SV
badge removal without refund.

Prohibited Conduct of STAFFS


a. We DO NOT allow double jobbing or double accounting (Working on multiple
accounts)
b. We encourage members to be respectful to ALL ranks at all times including
Special Visitors and Recognized Partners who are also apart of our community.
c. Never abuse or harass any IO employees.
d. Excessive swearing is strictly prohibited, refrain from using inappropriate language
against other IO member unless the other user allows you to talk to him like that.
e. We DO NOT allow members to AFK/ Idling while filling work stations. We expect
you to have your full attention while filling work stations, members who are caught
idling while filling a work station will be given a 3 second countdown.

SECTION 1.3 PAY POLICY


a. At any point you resign/leave IO with any balance of paypoints, it will be cleared and
you are NOT allowed to exchange it.

b. Payer must log all pays themselves unless their reps offers to submit their logs for
them. All logs that the payer's reps make, must have the actual payer's name in the
notes of each pay log.

SECTION 1.4 PAY BAN POLICY
a. To collect Pay, you must be active for 30 minutes by filling in work station before
payment. Only a grace time of 15 minutes will be given [:45], Failure of this
results in refusal of payment/promotion.
b. After collecting Pay, you must be active for 30 minutes by filling in work station
after payment. Failure of this results in a pay-ban, this is a temporary ban lasting
1 day where you are not allowed to receive payment/ promotion even if you meet
the criteria above.

SECTION 2. DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE


1. At IO, we believe in second chances for our members to learn from their mistakes. There
are consequences if you fail to abide by the rules found in this document. If you continue
to violate the rules in this document, Disciplinary procedure will be taken into action. Our
disciplinary procedure is:

Warning [For first course of action for any offence]


Warning System Is As Followed:

i. Each member will only be given 3 chances of warning for any offence.
Note: Warnings will only be cleared after 2 weeks if you have NOT gotten
another warning or get striked.

Strike
Strike System Is As Followed:

i. A warning given to the offender [3x]


ii. If they fail to acknowledge the warnings, and continue to do what they are
doing then they shall receive their first strike.
iii. Strike TWO is given to the offender if they continue violating the Code of
Conduct.
iv. Strike THREE is given to the offender if they continue violating the Code
of Conduct. [Offender will be fired.]
Note: Under some situations, the strike system can be ignored in times of a
serious offence.

Strikes will only be cleared after 1 month, if offender have not gotten another
strike. If offender has 3 strikes, it will be cleared to 2.
