Duties and Responsibilities :

-Assess patient pre arrest.
- Render total care for bed ridden patient such as bed bath. Mouth care constant turning
and lifting, suctioning and other interventions according to patients needs. -Monitor
patients for changes in status and indications of conditions such as sepsis or shock and
institute appropriate interventions and provide advance life support. - Provide wound
dressing for surgical patient. - Ecaluate patient's vital signs and laboratory data to
determine emergency intervention needs.
- Administer blood and blood products. Monitoring patients for signs and symptoms
related to transfusion reactions.
- Administer medications intravenously. By injection, orally. Through gastric tubes. Or by
other methods.
- Collect specimens for laboratory tests such as arterial blood gas. Blood culture. Urine
.stool. Sputum samples and other body fluids for investigation.
- Assist physicians with  procedures suchd as intubations patient, Central venous line .
